Great customer service
Amazing place with amazing staff! It was my first time getting glasses since I had good eyesight until my 30s and at my initial appointment everyone was so helpful and patient, and I never once felt rushed when choosing my frames even though I was super slow and indecisive. Less than a year after getting them I slipped on ice outside, breaking my frames in the process, and everyone was so helpful in making sure I could get a replacement and totally went above and beyond to make it happen. I went for my yearly checkup, Miranda was so kind and patient, I kept messing the eye exam but she was so positive and reassuring. The doctor also took seriously all my questions and concerns and offered advice. I told Miranda the budget I had and they show me the glasses within my budget and help me to choose since I was having a hard time deciding.
