Complete failure from a company we have had insurance with for over 10 years. Called to remove a travel trailer policy- they canceled our motorcycle policy-even though we provided the policy # for the trailer. They now claim there is nothing they can do to reinstate the policy and it's our fault for signing the papers. They also now say they are not the agent for the travel trailer- Don't you think they would have known that when we provided the policy # ??
