A puddle in the basement of my home led to a plumber or two to be called. We had a great experience with Allied. Extremely good communication on the front end with setting the appointment. Paul the estimator came out and was the most direct and knowledgeable of all companies that we contacted; it was obvious he loved what he does and is very good at it. The work performed was very well done and the whole package was so refreshing that I felt the need to write a review to let other people know who to contact if they are experience water issues. Had a large, obtrusive puddle forming in my driveway every time it rained, which would stay there for several days during the winter, and which was also blocking the pathway to my back door. Paul at Allied worked with me over the course of four months figuring out the best way to deal with the problem. We had water coming up through a basement floor in heavy rains and everyone had a theory as to why. Paul and his team diagnosed the problem quickly, did the work promptly, and kept the cost to the minimum amount reasonable. We've been through two heavy rains: no water. Paul and his crew installed a drain system so we would no longer have water in the basement of our historic home. We asked them to scope the sewer and thank goodness we did as the pipe was in immediate need of a sleeve, which they also installed on short notice.
