Very sad! After previous hurricanes, the company offered to pick up debris without special payments or fees - if it was placed by the side of the road where their trucks could get to it. Was told today by representative 'Ashley' that people will now have to 'purchase a bin' to have storm damage debris (from Hurricane Isaac) removed! Way to go! How does it feel to kick people when they're down? Guess there'll be yards filled with stuff that will eventually find its way to some landfill, without your help!
HORRIBLE! DONT USE THEM! READ CONTRACT WITH FINE TOOTH COMB! – I DO NOT like Republic Services AT ALL. If you ask me they can take their trash service and throw it in the GARBAGE! PUN INTENDED Make sure you read the contract cause when you leave them they will charge you 65 dollars just to pick up their own dumpster! GLAD WE LEFT THEM!!!!
Great Company - but got too expensive – I had garbage removal service with Allied Waste for over four years and was completely satisfied with their service. The first year I paid $67.00 every three months, then the second year it jumped to $74.00 every three months, then the third year it jumped to $82.00 every three months, and then finally the fourth year it jumped to $88.00 plus a fuel recovery fee of $22.81every three months. Worst Company I Have EVER Dealt With (Not Exaggerating)! – TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Actually, make that ZERO customer service. Allied Waste Lynnwood is a monopoly and doesn't care about their "customers" in the least bit. If I had a choice in who removed my waste I would have left AW the first month after we moved to the area. They haven't picked up our garbage in two weeks now and we setup online auto pay a month ago. No Future Service – I have had many trash pick-up services since I go with the lowest cost carrier. Never had I ever had a trash company require that I cancel their service - thus continuing to bill. What I pay for is when I am serviced. This company cannot determine when trash is never picked up when the trash is never put out and continues their service. Terrible Customer Service! – After many years of having this service we recently terminated with them due to the customers service of Connie LaTega (customer service agent) and others. I had a major medical injury and was hospitalized and missed my payment. Allied added a late fee and another fee before I could even get my mail opened..
