Every afternoon your truck stops under my tree for a time out or to have lunch but there is no shade in the front of the cab he just likes to break my branches off. today Jan 31 he past the trees and backed up as close to the curb until the branches were hitting the top of the truck. This trash company picks up our neighbor's trash. The truck honks three times at the end of our cul-de-sac and on other streets every Friday afternoon. The horn is loud and startling. No other trash company has this practice. I called and requested that they stop the honking. Today when the truck left the cul-de-sac, it honked six times as it left.

Today, December 2, 2014, your truck 2214 (I'm not sure about the last two digits) was disseminating trash at 2:12 PM on I-70 about a mile east of the Grand Junction exit. It seems that the trash was not secured. Mario González

Business owners, stay away from this company! They push you to sign 3 years contract with automatic 3 years renewal if you forget to cancel it 60 days in advance (and it isn't easy to cancel!). During 3 years contract term they increased my fee for monthly service from $38.85 to $ 117.52. Price increase can't be considered as a valid reason to terminate the contract: the way their standard contract is designed - no termination during 3 years: use or pay. I have tried 3 written requests to cancel my service effective 9-7-12. The first was in August 2012, again in October 2012 and then in January this this year. They continue to bill me even though I have not lived at the location since 8-2012. Not only that, today I received a bill with an interruption of service in the amount of $35.00 and a letter from a collection company. They do not reply to letters or email requests. We have had many issues with Allied Waste and would not recommend their services. Their customer service is terrible. They sent us to collections with no notice because we didn't return a trash can that was at our house when we moved in. We called to have them retrieve the can and they stated that they had no record of it. Then, years later, they charge us for it. In addition, they missed pick up multiple times and left trash in the bottom of the can causing it to smell throughout the week.

I called last month to put my account on vacation hold until I got a renter in my rental property. I was informed not to pay my bill and that I would be receiving a new bill. I never got one. I called again today to cancel the account and I was informed that I would be charged for an entire month of service even if I cancelled the service effective today. No Future Service – I have had many trash pick-up services since I go with the lowest cost carrier. Never had I ever had a trash company require that I cancel their service - thus continuing to bill. What I pay for is when I am serviced. This company cannot determine when trash is never picked up when the trash is never put out and continues their service. Terrible Customer Service! – After many years of having this service we recently terminated with them due to the customers service of Connie LaTega (customer service agent) and others. I had a major medical injury and was hospitalized and missed my payment. Allied added a late fee and another fee before I could even get my mail opened..
