What's sad is that you don't see a response from Republic to any of these negative reviews because, well, what do they care? That's what happens when government takes over--the companies they hire essentially take the "DMV Attitude" approach and give you what they give you with the "don't like it? Go somewhere else--oh right, you can't!" and continue to just give less than the bare minimum. If the county/district system ever goes, these companies are in for a world of hurt.
If I could give zero stars I would. This is the company assigned to city of Duluth for commercial service. They are the worst. They over bill. We had several times where waste was not picked up, then they charged us 300-400 because the bins were overfilled. The worst customer service. We have no choice but to use them, because no other company services this area.

They missed my pickup today and I have called every tel# they have and all you get is a busy. Does anyone man those lines?
Gee let me see.1 pair window shades, cut up plastic shutters, drain hose, corner bead and lots of tack strips. They refused to pick it up. Lawrenceville. Same crap I out on last three weeks. This time No!
