I wish I could give them a negative number. Completed a 5 year contract that averaged over $1000 a month. I gave them 6 months cancellation notice. We moved out of our location and they continued to bill me and charge overages when there was no trash collected. When I refused to pay, they turned it over to a collection agency that calls 5 times a day! Horrible! I now get daily service from Waste Pro for $400 a month! Buyer beware of Republic!
Called 3 different times to inquire about service for my business and waited 20 minutes each time. The final time I called I had waited so long, it crossed over into their closing hours and they just told me to call back. Company is ran by mouth breathers.
Whitney in the "Relations Dept" was SUPER HELPFUL in getting my issue resolved today... She then took the initiative to call me and follow up to ensure I was taken care of... Now that's Customer Relations... Thank you Whitney! You ROCK! ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️
If you can bring your trash to a landfill yourself, that is the better alternative to this awful company. I cancelled my account, turned off auto-pay, and was expecting a 1/3rd prorated final bill. Instead, I got charged the full amount, ON AUTO-PAY, and my account still wasn't cancelled. Their customer support is even worse. Apparently I'll get my refund via the mail in 2 months since they can't refund debit cards which is unheard of.
