I was very disappointed with our move. When I originally signed our agreement to move I let them know we did not have a house on the other end and would need storage. He said that was fine and to just let him know when we found a house and had a close date. He put one month of storage and said it would be adjusted based on our closing date. When I called to give them our close date and destination address I was told our shipment was already in North Carolina and that we would have to pay for it to be put back in storage. Load staff was great. Very personable and efficient.
Allied BHM is who I chose to assist with my move across the country. The sales person was very communicative and at no time did I feel or experience a bait and switch with the price quoted. In fact, he worked with me and my budget. There was a lag in reaching the move coordinator, however, once communication was established, he was very helpful and understanding of the stresses involved with not only moving but a cross-country trek. Expensive however they did a great job with our move so I would say it’s worth the money. They came at the time they stated they would and delivered at the planned delivery time. Everything was delivered; nothing was lost. Nothing that they packed broke during transport. Our moving guys Robert and Eric were professional, communicative, and efficient. I would used Allied again for my moving needs.
