New Roof Last summer, we had Allied Roofing & Siding, put a new roof on our house. They did a tear off and re-roofed in less than a week. That time include clean up and take away of all supplies. The price was reasonable and is guaranteed. Very pleased with their work.
Obtained a review from other firms, but Allied won the job based on price and schedule. Others quoted a much higher “scrap” factor which inflated the overall cost. Really impressed with Allied’s site manger who worked with us all during the installation coordinating continued access to our garage and protection of our landscaping. Would recommend this company to those who value service and price.
We signed the contract last year. However, since we are snow birds, we had to delay the project. Allied honored our contact (even we didn’t have to pay down payment). Allied Roofing did the job in one day. The roof is so beautiful. We had our house for sale. We got an offer more than what we asked for. We are very happy with their work. Their representatives kept us informed. We received response whenever we contacted them. We highly recommend Allied roofing and will hire them: good work, good price, honest!
Came out, gave a reasonable quote, and then fell off the face of the earth for several weeks. Never returned calls, faxes, emails. Several weeks later they contacted us saying they'd be ready to do our roof... Only to fall off the face of the earth again. They'll come out, act professional and even give you a great quote but if you're looking for someone reliable, or who will even just give you the courtesy of communicating with you.... Had my roof done by them this summer! They were great all the way around. Love my new roof!
Poor customer service. I've called twice now for a residential gutter job, and both times now, within four days post-call, I have not received a call either time. It would have been nice just to get a return call saying they didn't want the work, didn't do gutters, or simply were too busy to do it. I am now looking into their competition, I suggest you do the same.
The sales representative was factual and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. The crew was competent and the roof installation was completed in a day and a half for our large home.
Our home is 22 years old and it was time for a new roof, so I started getting quotes from different companies. Once I contacted Allied Roofing & Siding Co., my troubles were over. Their customer service was exceptional, listening to my needs and concerns, and their quote was the best.
