The sign says early bird special $10 but come to find out when I went to pay it was $29. All I brought was $20. The foreign lady at the desk who could hardly speak English was rude and didn't care. There is no one to call. The person who answers the general line says "that's not my problem".! Not being from a big city, the fast paced everything that happens downtown prevented me from reading the "disclaimer" that reads parking prior to 9:30am and after noon is $10. My car was broken into in one of their lots. Their security and surveillance systems are nonexistent. They did close to nothing to help me in any way and I had to push them to respond to me if I wanted any answers. I won't park in one of their lots unless I have to. If you're looking for an expensive place to park your car with a high likelihood that it'll be damaged, you've come to the right place.
Hello, I am filing a complaint of the unsafe conditions of your parking facility. In the past year since obtaining contract parking I have had my vehicle receive hit and run damage twice, and have had my truck broken into once. With stolen property and the damages done to my vehicle totalling over $3500 I am very displeased in your parking ramp.
