I did not have a good experience. I asked to see a property. You have to drive to their office to pick up the key the. Drive to their address and then back to drop it off. Unfortunately as a potential renter the property they were advertising had mold in the garage and the water coming out of the pipes was disgusting. The staff was friendly and courteous that is why I added 1 star. But It truly was a waste of my time and money. Do not recommend working with them or renting with them! They do not care about you! Horrible services!
We rented from allied for almost 5 years, and it was a perfect experience. I've rented like 9 different apartments over my life, and Allied was by far the best place I've rented from. I'm sure part of it was that the owner of our property was a great guy. Our rent was never raised drastically, and after the first year we were month to month which is a huge plus. They were always super responsive with maintenance requests, we had our A/C go out in the middle of summer and they got a plumber out pretty quick. They were also su... read more
I recently signed my second year lease with Allied Pacific Property Management and I could not be happier!! Nancy, Ashlee, A.J., Morgan and the entire office staff are always so kind and helpful and Casey is fantastic! He is a true professional and is always so quick to answer any questions or concerns that I might have. The property is beautiful, peaceful and so well cared for. I look forward to many more years living here and am so appreciative to Allied for the professional and caring service they provide.
