I was referred here but just found another specialist after seeing the ridiculously defensive way they respond to patient’s reviews. I usually take 1 star reviews with a grain of salt, but this office’s responses make me believe every word of the patients. Zero accountability and reflection and quite embarrassing from a professional standpoint.

I have been a Dr Shevlin patient for over 5 years. He replaced my knee and it feels much better than before surgery. He is really good at explaining things and gave me options to consider other than surgery. His staff has been consistent since my first appt and I am surprised when they remember me. Dr Shevlin genuinely cares about his patients.

Not a pleasant experience. Three minute visit from doctor, casually stating I need surgery and "I do 5 of these per week." Would not forward x-rays that were taken at their office to another orthopedic so I could get a 2nd opinion. Find someplace where you can be treated as a person, instead of a number, as this office is not it.
