I felt very dismissed. Dr Kemp basically was just like sorry you are in pain, it probably wont go away and you'll just have to deal. I have been in constant foot pain for over a year after surgery from another surgeon. I wasn't listened to at all and his bedside manner was awful.
Be ready for long wait times and for staff not being ready for scheduled appointments. Even when showing up early.
Dr. Kemp performed surgery on my ankle in November of 2023. I had multiple issues and he reassured me that “no stone would go unturned” to ensure that everything was properly repaired. While he is quick in and out of the room, he’s got Kourtney who is FREAKING AMAZING (whatever you pay her, it’s not enough) to fill in that gap. My review from 2 years ago got deleted. I am reposting it to give the warning to other customers. I had appointment last Wednesday and saw another patient walk out of the office (must have been Robby Gaworski who left his 1-star review same day). My appointment was at 4PM, and I was instructed to come in 15 minutes earlier to fill out new patient paperwork. I was referred over here by another doc. And I was nervous reading the comments But had a great experience with everyone there very friendly. Asked me what I thought about all his suggestions. And we came to an agreement together that I appreciated. This was my personal opinion I was very pleased.
