Doctors great... x-ray technician female horrible bedside manner bad attitude must hate life. But doctor Mark Spellich is one nice guy and a good doctor too.
Awful billing services. Do NOT trust them to give you correct information regarding in/out of network coverage. Injured my knee, ended up with a cortisone shot. Paid the bill that was sent, then another few hundred appears mysteriously that got forwarded to collections without notification. Terrible book-keeping. Stay away from this place. Currently using Tadje Orthopedics and getting wonderful care.
This place is the best!!!! It was our second home for a few months but wouldn't trust my daughter's ankle care to anyone else. Thanks Dr. Kemp, Gayle and all the ladies up front that helped us.
Great team here! Dr. Dave Hassinger is great and super personable. Made me feel comfortable and actually listened to me. He answered all of my questions which helped me make an informed decision regarding having surgery. Surgery went great and so is recovery!
Can I give this place negative stars? Waited over an hour, because they triple book appointments, to have Dr not believe me. Was supposedly going to refer me to another Dr., Because he said he did believe me. Still waiting on that referral. Will never go there again. This place treats patients as a number not a person. Save your money and go elsewhere.
