I visited an employee for the PROBATION DEPARTMENT right next door to 228 Chelten. The lot immediately by the office was full so I went to this lot, and saw the sign posted in the photo. I stopped in to see her, and in 5 minutes walked out to see my car being towed away. The signs posted indicate that it is OK to park here. I filed a police report, and had to explain several times to the officer that came out, that although the sign says "PROBATION DEPARTMENT APPROVED" that it apparently does not mean that while visiting the... read more
