On one of the hottest days of the year my AC unit stopped working. Mark came by and was pleasant, efficient and a Godsend! I have an old house with old wiring, which seemed to be part of the issue. He took the time out on a 99 degree day and fixed the needed wiring, got the fan on my outside unit running AND installed a new thermostat for me. This was all done at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend Allied Mechanical.
My called was returned promptly and he arrived on time. My central A/C condenser was checked for pressure and coils needed cleaning, hence overheated and cycled on/off on hottest day yesterday. Cost of service was as quoted on the phone. Would use service again.
Mark Santorsola, the owner, was so rude and abrasive. I had called another company which had been booked, and that company had asked Mark to assist me (unbeknownst to me). Nobody at the other company or Mark's company bothered to contact me to say they'd be coming, and so I made other arrangements. Mark called - angry and aggressive and hostile - because I wasn't waiting for his unexpected arrival. He is a rude and small man, and I would never recommend this company.
