This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a management company. I have been living in a house they are managing for since July and have nonstop issues since. Our toilet has been broken and leaking water, the tile is broken, every single sprinkler in our yard is broken, our windows have broken screens, our oven is also broken. And all we get is to wait or the owner sends people from the warranty company to temporarily fix things to save money. For two years my family and I rented a home in Rancho Cucamonga under the care of Allied Management. From day one the process was very professional and easy. My family and I were treated with the utmost respect and anytime we needed anything Allied Management quickly contacted the owner and our concerns were addressed immediately. Horrible experience with this management company. They moved offices without any notice. What once was a good company then many employees left and service went down hill! They are rarely in the office so often times you will get voice mail. Additionally they take forever to respond to service calls. Afterwards, they will return a tenants deposit before making repairs to your property. They expect you to cover all these expenses. Finally, beware of the property manager that goes by "Mandy".
