Worst costumer service by douge
Very unreliable and unprofessional shop. The shop mgt. committed to specific day and time for completion. All while our process line was down. Their mgt. even got hot and bothered when we called to check on the status the day they promised to have the work completed, turned out they hadn’t even touched it. To top it off the work they performed was shotty at best. The bearings that they had for reference didn’t even slip over the shaft. We had to manually sand the shaft in the field to make the bearings fit. Not the best prac... read more
