Frank was absolutely wonderful to work with!! He truly oozes integrity and honesty, and was pleasant, funny, and very personable throughout the entire process. Drove from the central coast and the truck did not disappoint. Frank was very professional and kind. Definitely not your typical dealer. He was patient through the whole finance process and even worked around my schedule. For a small fee he delivered the vehicle to us himself. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him. I asked my daughter to find a newer car for me as my 2002 Passat needed more work than it was worth. She spent months finding this 2015 Honda CRV. The only problem was that it was at Allied Imports in Thousand Oaks and we live in Morro Bay. After speaking with Frank she decided to drive us to inspect the car. I was weary of The stero- typical Car Salesman experience women often get especially buying in the big cities, l let the man there know Frank couldn’t have been farther from that past experience. He reminded me of my families European integrity, manners & professionalism.
