EXTREMELY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. I had a power wheelchair to be setup at my house. Tom at this company was the most rude and condescending person I have ever encountered. The issue arrived when he failed to meet us twice for the appointment he scheduled with us. I do not have all day to wait around. You're getting paid I'm not. Thanks for wasting my time.
