I've lived in this complex for 24 years. I've been a part of the tenant society long enough to say, living here, in peace is likely if you get to know fellow tenants outside of your apartment. I am living here comfortably w/ the help of Management. Take the time to know them, & allow them to do their jobs most efficiently by giving attention to the notices posted on your door. every thing!!!! IT'S A DUMP!!! AND MANAGEMENT SUCKS AT THEIR JOB
I have wood floor everywhere but my 2 bedrooms. since January I get a milky stuff that comes out of the wood and if I leave it it it turns into black gunk. for awhile they said it was glue and it would eventually stop, but it hasn't. now one of the bedrooms has wate or something coming up and th3 carpet is soaked, I can hardly breathe in There. Everytime I tell them they act like they did know or they don't have time. im in a wheelchair with 2 kids and they are making me feel very taken advantage of .
For everyone that needs water I have cases of free water donated by supervisor Rachel at our local Walmart on Kelley Highway to the residence here who are without water this evening..... I live in apartment 25 feel free to knock on the door anytime it's first come first serve as well as free God bless and remember to pay it forward.... Xoxoxoxo
Do not recommend this place at all! Took away my Hud assistance because "supposebly" did not turn my recertification in time which is a big lie. I have no way of paying $661 by Feb 2017 which probably are going to charge me either way and Someone broke my car window I told the office the lady named Kimberly about it 3 times she did not care one bit. Private property yeah right this place is a joke the management before was way better now its all downhill
Gave my 30 day notice and they made me pay for the 22 days left in the month. The next day they hit me with an eviction just so they wouldn't have to pay my deposits back. Bad business
Last lived there in 1988 & it has been goin' down hill ever since then...
Slumlord...horrified&scared tenants...tenants workn on da property and cash4Rent hmmmm???...Disabled and Veteran tenants bullied...the actual apts r cool and that's IT! Yet the office "SAYS" I'm a menace and NOBODY would ever say they like me!
