I have been a member at allied fitness for a few years now. Honestly, no other gym can compare. Ali is the most knowledgeable coach and athlete I have ever come across. She practice what she preaches and genuinely cares about every single person that walks in to her door. Ali is a highly focused and super friendly coach who will bring out the very best in you. The classes are great , fun and friendly . I've been going a little over 7 months and I haven't looked back, she has changed my life for the better.
