Had an appointment for 3PM. to get the results of a blood test. After waiting one hour I go to the receptionist and she tells me that she is just receiving the results from labcorp. I mentioned the 1 hour wait with no communication told me the doctor is very busy and travels a lot. I think its better not to take more patience if you can't take care of the ones you have. I never write bad reviews but this place deserves it. I was referred here from a previous medical provider and booked a blood work appointment. The nurses there did not understand what my concern it was. Instead they told me that there was nothing wrong. They recommended me to go get an ultrasound aro look more into my concern. After days of waiting and calling them, they would say my result never came in. I contact radiology regional and they would tell me they sent it multiple times. Melanie was SO helpful.
