I couldn't be happier with the services provided by Allied Elements. They were so easy to work with - scheduling was simple and they gave a quote over the phone. They showed up right on time and the technician was friendly and professional. Our carpers were pretty heavily soiled (light carpets and toddlers don't mix well) and I was amazed at how clean they got it. It looks like new! Wonderful company, very pleased with their work! Today I had one carpet cleaning cancel 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. I contacted Allied restoration and cleaning services and they were happy to make an appointment last minute, arrived on time and my carpet looks brand new again!
