Truly a helpful company! I called one morning to inquire about garage door opener installation for my elderly parents' home. I spoke to Sabrina who advised me to check the sensors on the bottom opening of the garage. My mother had already been to another big box store, which I won't name, and even had 2 guys come and install a new garage door opener. Spring broke at 9am after dropping my kid off at school. So my car was stuck inside I'm panicking because we have to leave town that night. Called everywhere and got voicemails, no day-of times available. Got a hold of a human at Allied and she was determined to keep life running smoothly. They worked their magic to get me fit into the schedule and able to pick my son up like nothing had happened :) Speedy technician, too!
