My garage door wouldn't open. I called Allied and left a message today(Martin Luther King day). I was called back in 1 hour and the technician was out in 2 hours. The technician was extremely nice and so was the lady who scheduled the appointment. Very satisfied and professional!
I called at the end of their business hours and my call was returned within the hour. When I explained that our garage torsion spring broke & we really needed to have the door operational for an afternoon oxygen delivery the following day, they offered to have someone at our house first thing in the morning (literally) to make the repair. The price was as quoted, no extra fees. Above and beyond customer service & total professionalism by all that we dealt with. They have our highest recommendation.
