The manager was nice. However, there are various services they list along with each of the oil change options they offer. Checking and rotating all 4 tires is one of them and after getting home and i decided to sit and read over the information (invoice) they printed out for me as my receipt. Technician went joy riding in my vehicle and caused extensive damage to my welding machine and tools/toolboxes in the back from rapidly accelerating. Total in damages in comes out to be over $9000. Then they tried to blame me for it. Do not use!!!! Never! They withheld insurance information in order for me to make a claim. When I finally was able to get the little info they gave me, I realized the manager filled out the claim form inaccurately to cover their wrong doings. Terrible experience. Looks like we’re going to court.
I went to the store for a tire change service that I purchased online through Easy Tire. The service included the installation of the tires. However, an employee named Thomas, who works at the store, charged me an additional $60, even though the tire installation was already included in the service I purchased online. He charged me this extra amount for his own personal benefit.
I have a long standing customer for several years, having been referred by a neighbor. I have been puzzled at the ongoing change of employees, having meet two from out of town having to stay without accommodations provided by the Corporation. however i always receive the best service and professional treatment, thus my continuing to return to this location. I knew I needed a new battery. 6 yrs old. Charged me 400. Battery was under 200. Charged me for an alternator test, mechanics fee, labor, battery service. Charge a fee for Visa card. This is ridiculous. Battery was 168. Skip this go to autozone or oreilly and save over $200.
