Went to have both my daughter and my teeth looked at. Now we do both have a few problems, but I was told we would both need specialist. So he wasn't able to help us at all. The 1 specialist that he suggested for my daughter doesn't even take her insurance. So the whole experience was a complete waste.

Don't waste your time. They are money hungry. The manager is rude. Went for an annual cleaning that's free. They billed it so that I would be charged and I didn't even get a cleaning. When trying to discuss with the manager she had an attitude and then hung up on me. When you deal with the public you need to have better customer service. I would advise this doctor to evaluate his staff if he invest in better staff he might get better ratings but I can't look past his rude staff and the fact that they are money hungry.

Dr Winthrop is such a great dentist. I am.having a lot of work done and they are making me feel as comfortable as possible. He did not make me feel bad for not coming in sooner, which is why I am having so much work done on my dreadfully worn down teeth. The exam rooms, office and waiting room are very well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend Allied dentist.
