Came here after an unfortunate situation with tow truck driver. Whole front bumper was pretty much done for. They actually delivered on their promise and fixed everything very well! Customer service was really great too. They also promised if anything goes wrong after leaving, then bring it back to them. I would definitely come here again and trust them with any repairs etc! I highly recommend giving this place a chance, you won't regret it!
My car was finished quickly place worked with me a great deal as well as providing me with a remarkable discount and friendly service.They were more than welcoming and willing to work with me and communicate each step of the process . I really appreciate their business .
the customer service is excellent, the girls at the front desk are the best, they do more than expected to help you during the process of repairing.
I would give this company zero stars if I could. I opted out of letting these people fix my vehicle because of the horrible reviews I've read on other sites and there seem to be more damage to my ride. Needless to say the next morning they continue with the tear down of my car and charged me over $1200. I am not understanding how there's nothing but great reviews on here but a simple google and yelp search is TOTALLY different. Westwood Auto Storage, Allied Collision, Sonic Express, The Center all need to be shut down!
Very professional, nice, courteous, worked with us on all our issues with getting our vehicle back, renting us an awesome car for me to travel for work.. overall everyone is very nice .
Family was traveling through Houston and Hit an Run accident. Wrecker service was traveling on Hwy 59. They stopped to help us and carried us to their location. The 3 workers where super nice and helpful. Gave us a loaner car and allowed us to keep until all repairs were complete with our vehicle. Completed services within a timely fashion. Highly recommend them for any services.
