I got rear ended and my 2 week old car had to be taken in for repairs :(! The Tow truck driver was very nice. Explained everything to us. They towed it to Allied Colllision. Allied gave us a rental. Allied General Manager - Johnny is very knowledgeable. He explained things very well. Mohammad is the Manager, and he too was Great. He gave me the tour of his facility. The true (lack of) quality of their work became evident after 6 months. The fender liners (probably aftermarket) were improperly attached and collapsed on the tires, destroying them. Something else has come loose in the front end. The aftermarket headlights (confirmed by dealer) cast weird shadows. Allied claimed they were using all OEM parts. We don't trust them to fulfill their 'warranty' without a major fight, so we are taking the car back to the dealer where we should have taken it in the first place. I allowed our car t... read more

These people will scam you and your insurance company! Don’t let them screw you like they did me. Just like the other victims my car was towed there after an accident, once you leave the car at their shop the trap is snared and you are screwed! My insurance company totaled my car out, but Allied said that they had already started working on the car, and then they held my car for ransom money! I FIRST MET ISSA FROM (ALLIED COLLISON & AUTO) IN 2006 MY AUNT TOOK HER BMW TO THE SHOP . IT'S NOW 2009 I HAVE TAKEN 6 CAR'S THERE WHEN EVER WE HAVE SOME THING THAT NEED'S TO BE FIXED OR PAINTED. I was involved in an accident back on January 30th. Zak a driver from Allied Collison towed my vehicle to there shop and the staff at the shop was wondefull, they helped me filed my claim and they got me in a rental in no time. Two week later my vehicle was repaired. they offered me a lifetime warranty and i will hihgly recommend anyone who is ever in a situation like mine.
