I have had both of my knees replaced by Dr. Akre and it was the best decision I could have made going with Allied Bone and Joint. They are the absolute best from the front desk to the doctor. I felt confident in their abilities. All are very friendly and courteous.
I recently had a hip replacement performed by Dr Akre. He and his Nurse Practitioner Chrystal provided excellent care and I when the other hip needs replacement I will return to them. The entire staff is professional yet kind and friendly. It was life changing for me.
This is my second time having to go to Allied Bone and Joint. The staff was friendly and really cared about the patient. They answered your questions and paid attention to you. Now I’m having there on my knee in which I had a total knee replacement done 4&5 years ago. So far so good.
Dr. Akre and his NP are amazing! So nice and spends the time to answer all questions I had.
I recently had hip replacement with Dr. Akre from Allied preforming the surgery. Everyone is professional & caring. I was very impressed with Dr. Akre's bed side manner. After surgery, he even sent a white rose to my hospital room. If I every need the other hip done or if I need a knee, this is definitely where I will go. Thank you to all staff members for making my hip replacement as easy as possible.
The staff was very friendly from the time I checked in until I left. Dr. Akre was very concerned and listened to my concerns. He is going to send me to Indy to see a different specialists. If I ever need to see him again I will.
