My counselor said she was going to extend my leave. Her supervisor who never met with me had her change her diagnosis. She continued to tell me that she was extending me. She filed the paperwork for me to go back to work right away. My company called and informed me of that paperwork. I tried to get ahold of my counselor for 3 days. They lied and said they had been calling me for 3 days. My phone never rang and they left no messages. Very shady and dishonest business. Complete waste of time. Did not get to see anyone due to a gentleman telling me on my FIRST visit that I owe $100 deductible upfront when my wife whose been going there only paid $30 for the visit. Poor communication, when calling me prior to my appointment letting me know “hey I hope you have $100 up front even if your experience with this therapist is unsuccessful” is the most idiotic thing I’ve heard of.
