The man that answers the phone is rude and condescending. He has been like this for years and I’m just not going to buy from a company that lets a nasty person like that continue to be so rude. World Pac, Faster and SP are more friendly and have the same parts cheaper. This guy sounds like he does not like his job and has finally driven me away. I’d rather lose a sale than deal with him.
