This company is a total fraud. I continue to get bills from a date of service from over a year ago. I already paid my full balance 1 year ago when it was Daydream Anethesiology. Now all of a sudden I'm getting billed under Allied Anesthesiology. Funny thing is they are billing with same date of service but different amount. I no longer have that insurance anymore so now they are trying to get money from me. Complete robbery
Their billing system is the worst. You cannot get a hold of a live person or a call back from anyone in billing. They use a system called papaya pay and even when you pay, you get another bill the following month ago. They need to better by their customers.

my anesthesiologist was fine but they continue to hound me for my copay, which was paid (and thoroughly documented by my bank per their request) in Nov. 2023. I get regular "account final notice" letters and threats of sending me to collections. they told me that even though they have documentation of my payment, i will continue to get past due notices/collection threats until they figure out what they did with my money! this company is a total joke, as it appears many other reviewers on here have realized. can't imagine how... read more
They will straight up scam you. My wife had surgery on her foot on July 2023 and the anesthesiologist sent us a bill over $2k claiming that our insurance (kaiser) denied the claim. It is December now and we found out from Kaiser that the claim was denied because the anesthesiologist FAILED TO FILE IT CORRECTLY. Kaiser requested a report of the procedure within 45 days of submitting the claim - which is required for the insurance to review the claim. They straight up didn't do it.
