A technician came out quickly after I contacted Allied about our furnace not working. Within less than two hours! Mark was a very kind and professional technician. He took special care wearing shoe coverings and trying to be as quiet as he could while servicing our furnace in the basement where my husband also has his office area to work out of our home. He was very thorough making sure our repair was working well before leaving. He gave us tips on how to keep the furnace running its best.
Allied HVAC did a great job installing our new HVAC system! Whittaker was awesome to deal with on the sales side, and Dave, Zac, and Jesse were really efficient, polite, and clean on the installation. I highly recommend Allied for anyone who has HVAC service needs.
I've used Allied before and the service and installation this time was 5 stars again. Techs Zac and Marco were prompt, protected the area beofre installing my new water heater, did a fantastic job, answered all of my questions and left the place spotless! I checked around a few hours later and not a drop of water was to be found. Will be calling Allied in a few months for a new AC.
Jesus and Jesse just installed our water heater and did a very professional job!! Would definitely hire them and Allied company for all our air conditioning, heating and water heater jobs. They cleaned up the area and left it in great condition before they left. Very professional!!
Mark was here today for an inspection. He was very thorough and found two problems that I was not aware of. Thank you Allied for your continued service!
