Don't use this company. I have been trying to get PT to come out and work with my mother for 3 months. They never show up. I have talked the company and Heather, the scheduler says things are taken care of and PT will be scheduled, it never happens. I had OT restarted for her, and nothing has happened. Alliant is NOT reliable. Just a lot of wasted time, and sone guy named Steve canceled my mother's pt, oit of no where. Don't use this company.
This has been one of the worst home health companies I have experienced. There appears to be a serious lack of accountability, and patient care does not seem to be the priority. Patients are accepted onto service, but visits are delayed or never happen. Nurses frequently do not show up as scheduled, leaving patients without the care they were promised. I am writing regarding a critical and unacceptable breakdown in my post-surgical care. I was discharged on March 2, 2026 with the understanding that in-home physical therapy and nursing services were already coordinated promptly. Not only did physical therapy never begin, but I have now learned that I was discharged from home health services entirely—without any notification or transition plan. This company is a joke! We were supposed to have in home PT and OT within 72 hours of mom's discharge. It's been 16 days and still not one session! Finally received contact from PT on day 12 (no therapy yet and nothing on the schedule. Only an evaluation that shows she desperatly needs PT) but still no response from OT despite messages left with them every day both with live persons and voicemail.
