This company is a joke! We were supposed to have in home PT and OT within 72 hours of mom's discharge. It's been 16 days and still not one session! Finally received contact from PT on day 12 (no therapy yet and nothing on the schedule. Only an evaluation that shows she desperatly needs PT) but still no response from OT despite messages left with them every day both with live persons and voicemail. Nurse named Jimsey in Colorado Springs is absolutely horrible with no sense of integrity whatsoever. Refused to give care for a patient in need of wound care and made false allegations that the patient was “yelling and screaming”. There was a witness present during the time of the visit as well as security camera footage that showed this information was not true. Exceptional Home Health! The nursing team provides top notch care for your loved one.
We are currently using Alliant home health as my husband is suffering from prostate cancer and has nephrostomy tubes placed and needs bandages changed weekly. We’ve had excellent care from TJ Cody with the rehab and Heather, who has offered excellent nursing care and helped us through some hard times with serious infections that Ron continues to have. They are all very caring and it means a lot to feel like that. You’re getting good care. I would highly recommend any of them for healthcare.
