Alliant Home Health is a great place to work. They're family oriented and they genuinely care about their patients and their field staff. The salary is consistent with the market standard. They are a busy agency and there is plenty of work to fill your schedule. You do have to use your own car for field visits, but there is mileage reimburesmemt. The autonomy is great and 1:1 patient care is awesome!
Alliant Home Health Very bad experience! Requested from Dafffni female physical therapy (PT), female occupational therapy (OT), and Female Speech therapy (SP). Got a Male PT which is the only available PT at this time. Then, I had to chasse Alliant people to get a female OT after 2 weeks. After a month, got in touch with a speech therapist (SP). Alliant never sent the progress, extension, or authorization to my insurance but informed me to arrange for self-pay with the therapist. Alliant did not follow up with the therapist... read more
