In 2013 i had seizures after a traumatic brain injury. i was shackled to a bed and naked when drs, nurses and cops commented on my larger then average genitalia. This was degrading and traumatizing. Woodward hospital forced a catheter in me against my will while I screamed out in pain "why are you doing this to me? I dont consent to this!" The u.a. came back negative for any drugs. the hospital gave me a shot of Diladed and gave me 2 different scripts for pain pills. This Hospital has been so great with my mom. I can’t say enough good things about the nurses and Doctors going above and beyond to help us with information about Mom.
In a difficult time, I am so grateful to have AllianceHealth Woodward taking care of my mother. I am thankful to the nurses, the doctors and the staff. I am especially thankful for the Caroline staff who are giving us updates about our mom. I can’t imagine how difficult your job is. I want you to know we appreciate you and your work. Doctors, Nurses and staff in WW are great. They have without a doubt the WORST billing system in the history of hospital billing. Basically you have to be on the phone to figure everything out for 2-3 hours every bill you receive. There is 0 consistency.
Dr. Scott, DO, ENT is VERY proffesional, taking time to go over my CT scan very slowly, explaining every little feature. I highly recommend him !!!!! I hope I never see him again !!! But, if I ever need an ENT,,,,, he is the one I will choose !
