I am so please that we have a Alliance Xpress Care in our area. I have been there 2 xâs with both of my parents. I have only good things to say about the Xpress Care & the way my parents was treated. The provider that seen my mother was Elizabeth & the nurse was Miss Donna. Elizabeth took the time to explain what she thought was going on with my mother & advise me what specialist to get in touch with. My mother has a lot of health issues & My father as well. I had surgery on my foot ended up very sick went to urgent care in covington the woman doctor there told me my lungs sounded CLEAR I was sent to the ER aft the urgent care and found out I had pneumonia in my left lung!!! NOW Tell me how does my lung sound clear when you can clearly hear in person I sound horrible! I do not recommend this facility at all!
I am really excited that we have Alliance Xpress in our little home home, We really needed it. My family & I use to go to WV when we needed care. I had to bring a family member in to see you all on Wednesday the day before Thankgiving & my opinion on that day was not very nice.
