From the initial emails to follow up calls and getting everything set up, Alliance Answer has been just what I needed. I should've done this years ago. If you are a one-man or one-woman show who runs their own business, I cannot emphasize enough how distracting phone calls can be. By having all my calls go through Alliance, I don't have to worry about interruption OR spam. My Father is 84 and lives in a nursing home. We spent months finally getting a phone for him. The phone already will not charge and after speaking to a customer service rep, the warranty is already expired and we'd have to wait 30 just to "apply" again. I was then given a number for a store to possibly buy a phone, which went to voicemail and then the call ended. This company confuses me on how they exist? I DO NOT recommend.
