Easy to set an appointment online, and we had no wait once at the clinic. Was able to get my son seen quickly on a Saturday afternoon. The NP was very nice and explained everything well and asked us if we had any questions. Very good experience- will choose to go there again if the need arises.
I am so pleased with this location, everyone showed kindness for than I can say from my personal physician I have. The provider was God sent to me when I came in with my ear ache. She was wonderful ❤️ thank you Banner Urgent Care for the great staff. Dr. Sheridan NP Rekha was so beautiful and sweet and empathetic, just loved how she attended to my health needs ❤️
