You would think “urgent” care would be fast, but even when I scheduled an appointment beforehand I waited over an hour. Poor service and poor communication. 👎🏻
ALWAYS IN & OUT SUPER FAST.. YET WITHOUT COMPROMISING THE QUALITY OF CARE GIVEN.. I didnt make it up there until 8min before closing & they still took the time to see me, & ALL staff members still maintained a great attitude.. That Alone really says Alot. The current Doc there is AMAZING.. Altho theres been a different DR in each time we've gone.. our visits have ALL still been of Far Greater Quality IN EVERY WAY then ANY of the other 3places we've tried.. Very prompt and thorough. Prescription for antibiotics received. Daughter was exposed to someone who tested positive with Whooping Cough, and it's a relief to have something to help fight it - especially with Finals Week ahead. Thank you again! God Bless! The Staff was quite Friendly, as always! And Dr. Hannah was Wonderful! She explained everything in detail, discussed different possibilities, and was Extremely Comforting!!!
