Used the company for a Field trip to a conference. The company doesn’t respond urgently by far. In route to the convention, the windows on the bus were open and the driver refused to stop. In reference to pick up, the company did not send the contact information of the driver. The company has failed to respond to numerous calls, emails, and voicemails pertaining to pick up —as we are less than 2 hours out from the original selected time frame. I highly DO NOT recommend. My point of contact was Daniel Hawk.
