Beth was great helping me with scheduling my first delivery from Walgreens specialty pharmacy.
1 star is extremely generous. Plan on spending 30-60 minutes on hold whenever you need a script refilled and to be transferred to at least 3 different reps.
Kevin in Billing should run this place he knows what is going on he is very kind patient and professional. He has a very calm demeanor whenever I call upset and nervous. Where other people hang up on me or push me off on other people and I have to explain my situation again. I really dislike this pharmacy however I would give Kevin 5 stars.
