I had Technician out to diagnose and repair what turned out to be a faulty gas valve in my furnace. Everything went smoothly from start to finish with excellent communication along the way. He is very knowledgeable, patient and honest. He explained that the part may still be under warranty and provided pricing for labor only in case it was. I will definitely call Alliance Residential Services Inc. next time my system requires service.
