I leased at a Riverside county apartment complex run by this company. Upon moving out, I owed some money for carpet damages. Though I asked to make a longer extension because I had just moved to a new place, I was told I couldn't and unfortunately this payment went to collections as I have a TBI and forgot to follow up. Thee worst. I've had cold water ONLY in my guest bathroom sink. They came to fix it. Now I'm home sick with NO HOT WATER...I WISH I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE 20. HORRIBLE!

This company is horrible. Sent some emails regarding some issues and no response. They dont even answer the phone. They dont care about the residents and their issues with the property. They just care about the money.
