Terrible company. Actively working over the holidays to make woodland park living conditions and community living worse. No shame at all!
Looking for a perfect way to celebrate the holidays, how about having the cars of halve your tenants towed on your private parking. Or how about installing broken community laundry facilities that take your money but don't start. No worries, we'll be happy to ignore your complaints or pick up any of your phone calls or emails. I’ve emailed their customer support twice over two weeks and have received no actual response, just “we will get back to you within 48 hours” auto-responses..... followed by nothing. Terrible customer service.
Alliance recently took over my apartment complex. They've been shockingly bad. Terrible communication practices, sketchy dates on posted notices (i.e. dates that don't match up with when they're posted). I'll leave one example. This is a Silicon Valley property management company, and the year is 2019. You might expect to have a reliably functional online payment system, right?
