As someone who does competitive body building, I’ve collected my fair share of damage to my knees. Came in hardly able to even walk up/down stairs and unable to bend at the knees. Having worked with a few other PTs in the past, there is no better practice than Alliance. I came in with multiple rotator cuff tears and Dr John administered PRP to the shoulder via ultrasound. He explained the process very well and rehab with Dr Dennis was a great experience. Dennis showed me different rehab exercises I could do at home while also treating me with shockwave therapy and dry needling. Alliance is the best PT I’ve been to. I was 4 weeks out from a marathon and had knee pain preventing me from running more than 3 miles. I went and saw Dr. Dennis for a few weeks and was able to complete the race! Highly recommend if you have pain while running.
