I've never stepped foot in this business. I've never lived nor visited Baltimore and yet my name is associated with the address of this business on my credit report. Very shady! I wonder if any of the folks there were part of the real estate scam that my husband and I experienced in 2021 where we lost $5000. The incident took place online but the person posed as a realtor. A police report was generated but nothing ever came up.
The previous reviewer is absolutely correct- awful experience. These people ended up stealing money and being completely irresponsible with the property I put in their care. Particular John Chrissomalis, never ever in any way shape or form do business with this individual. I have emails of him sending me a 24 termination of our agreement when it stated 60 days notice. These people should be investigated for fraud.
