Horrible Billing System-Staff... Company should have been bankrupted years ago. It is truth for all other reviews. It is nightmare and they don't care. Basically, we have 2 options: 1-Class Action: I'm hoping that a lawyer pick up the case and sue them. Malicious practices will be reported to the state attorney general's office
Disgusting business. I would receive a bill, pay it. Receive another one for the same amount, call and ask why I got it when I already paid and was told it was sent before the check was received (even though the statement date was AFTER I saw the check cleared. Then received a letter stating I was going to collections if it wasn’t paid. Called again and was told the letter was (again) sent before the check was received.
