I've serviced the property for this company for a couple years now. First year payments were very slow. Second Europeans were also very slow. Multiple reminders sent to end the year of 2024 with three outstanding payments from months 8, 9, and 10 with no reply back or attempt on their end to take care of the payments. Just complete silence. I'm leaving this review today and seeing all the other reviews it looks like they are notorious for doing this to smaller companies. Such a shame. This company scammed us out of over 4k by not paying us. Very bad company!
This company currently owes their landscapers in Minnesota thousands of dollars for their services! SHAME ON THEM!
I wish I had seen these reviews prior to doing snow and ice management services for this companies DBA US Snow Management. As a subcontractor plowed a site for them did everything that was asked of us submitted invoices correctly to a T even gave them access to our portal so that they could see every service log submitted for the site in our system live as they happened. I was a contractor for snow removal and it was the worst experience working with this group. Never got paid on time. I had to make several phone calls each month in order to get paid. At the end of the contract they tried sticking me with not paying for 2 months. Do not do business with these people at all.
